Delete your Velapp account

This page explains how to delete your Velapp account and the data associated with it. Velapp is published by Overrly (velapp.contact@gmail.com).

Delete your account in the app

Open Velapp and go to Profile.
Tap Account → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and its data are removed.

Delete your account by email

If you cannot access the app, email velapp.contact@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the address linked to your account. We verify the request and delete your data within 30 days.

What is deleted

When you delete your account we erase:

your account and login (email),
your profile (age, gender, weight, height, goals, preferences),
your run history and imported activities,
your AI coaching conversations with Veli,
your daily check-ins and notes,
your push-notification tokens,
any connected-account tokens (e.g. Strava) — and we revoke our access at the provider.

What is retained, and for how long

Personal data is erased within 30 days of your request.
Encrypted database backups roll off within up to 30 days, after which the deleted data is overwritten.
We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example accounting / tax records for purchases). Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may remain.

Delete only some data (without deleting your account)

You can also remove specific data at any time while keeping your account:

Disconnect Strava (Profile → Connected accounts) — we revoke access at Strava and delete the runs we imported from it.
Turn off Apple Health / Health Connect access in your device settings — we stop reading new workouts.
Delete individual runs from your activity history.
Delete individual coaching notes ("Veli, forget that…").
